Mark Levin: How many Anne Franks are in Afghanistan tonight?

‘Can you hear the screams of the Afghans, America?’

The Afghan people left behind are fighting to survive much like Jewish victims in Nazi Germany, “Life, Liberty & Levin” host Mark Levin compared Wednesday on “Hannity.”

“How many Anne Franks are there tonight in Afghanistan?” he asked. “How many Anne Franks are hiding in cellars all across the country today? I want to talk about the people left behind, not the 124,000 who’ve been evacuated to safety. I want to talk about the millions who now have had genocide unleashed upon them.”

Levin pointed out that the Afghans were living “mostly in peace” and safety before Joe Biden’s presidency with a “minimal American military footprint.”

Levin hit out against who he called “propagandists” in the administration including press secretaries Jen Psaki of the White House, Adm. John Kirby of the Pentagon, state department spokesman Ned Price as well as generals who he blasted for leaving American citizens in Afghanistan.

“No commander in chief has ever ordered any general to leave citizens behind,” he roared. “What about these children and these women? What about the Afghan allies – the men who fought next to use firefight after firefight?”  (Click to continue reading)

Control Grab: Politics of the Self-Serving

According to the Washington Post article, “Biden, in Connecticut, makes fiery plea for gun control in speech near Newtown”, VP Joe Biden is quoted as saying:

“I can’t imagine how we will be judged as a society if we do nothing,” Biden said. “If you’re concerned about your political survival, you should be concerned about the survival of our children. And guess what? I believe the price to be paid politically should go to those who refuse to act. . . . The American people are with us.”

Well, I, on the other hand, can’t imagine how we will be judged as a society due to self-serving politicians using the horrific deaths of innocent children to push through their control agendas.  Such politicians should be ashamed of themselves.

It wasn’t a gun owner that killed the little children in Newtown, Connecticut.  It was merely a kid, who took guns that did not belong to him.  A kid that apparently had mental issues.  The latter being what the focus should be on.  What made him capable of such horrors?  What set him off and sent him on the crazed killing spree of innocent ones?  Were there any signs?  Was there any stopping him or was there a tragedy just waiting to happen one way or another?

Law-abiding gun owners did not kill the victims of Sandy Hook Elementary, yet they are being held accountable as if they did.

Biden can’t imagine how our society will be judged if the politicians don’t swiftly restrict the lawful gun owner?  The gun owner that hadn’t a thing to do with the devastation?

What about the mental illness and illogical thought that is the core to such horrendous and tragic incidents being played out?  That’s where the killings begin, not what law is on the books for the law-abiding citizens that just happen to exist in the same world as those who are prone, or could be prone, to acting out in such an unspeakable fashion.

It bears repeating…

The gun may have been the weapon of choice for some, but never doubt that a troubled mind bent on killing, will find a means and a method.  It’s time to deal with the real problem – the troubled mind – rather than playing politics with tragedies such as the one that played out at Sandy Hook Elementary.

Shame on the politicians who are using the innocent little ones to push through a personal agenda.   One day, reason shall return and you shall be judged within its light.   When that happens, you shall find that fancy words, polls, ads and propaganda will no longer serve you.  The people will be onto you and your motives.  You shall then be scorned and mocked.   Your hopeful legacy shall be invalidated.

No, Joe, you didn’t make me proud

Joe Biden, I found your behavior at the VP debate to be rude and obnoxious.  I found nothing amusing and definitely nothing to be proud of.

Personally, I like to hear both sides and make my own decisions about what I hear.  I don’t appreciate people, like you, Joe, who try to distract, make it impossible for me to hear, or simply interrupt and take the conversation away from the very thing I wanted the answer to.

Of course, I guess that all works for Obama and you, Joe.  Apparently, you aren’t interested in the American people “hearing” the answers and therefore allowed a chance of making up their own minds.  No, you seem to want to make up our minds for us by signaling what you think is amusing or serious and, therefore, just how you suppose we should react to whatever the topic is at hand.

You’re wrong, Joe.

As a Catholic, I find you even more offensive than your mere inappropriate behavior at the debate.  How dare you say there is no attack on religious freedom?  Do you think we (most of us) are so stupid that we don’t get it?  Is that what you are having so much trouble not laughing your fool head off about?

Well, Joe, I have a secret for you — we do get it.  We know where you and your Obama leader stand.  You stand against the Catholic Church you claim to be a part of.  You stand against religious freedom, if it is Christian — especially Catholic.  Then, you mock any who dare suggest this is obviously so?

I’m not impressed, Joe.

That’s right, Joe, I’m really not impressed.  Just who is your God and what is your religion, when you think it is quite okay to support so many things that go against the teachings of the church you claim to be a part of?

When did you suddenly think it was okay to tell the rest of us that it was (and is) okay to believe in your “new” view of the Catholic religion in the “new” political style?  You know… politicians deciding what the Catholic Church should (and does) stand for and then all the while ignoring the Pope, Bishops and real church beliefs?

I don’t know when you got there, Joe, but I do think you have a few surprises in store for you and I’m not so sure you will be laughing and mocking, when it’s time for you to be evaluated by the One with the most important and ultimate vote.

Good luck.
